Key Role: Venue Relationship Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to join our team and drive engagement across our network of clubs and hotels. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to foster relationships with venues nationwide.

  • Develop and implement effective loyalty programs tailored for clubs and hotels.
  • Create and execute gaming and venue promotions that drive participation and revenue.
  • Partner closely with venue managers and clients to understand business needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Lead and deliver training programs to onboard new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of systems and promotions.
  • Regularly travel nationally to build relationships, provide support, and deliver training on-site.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in loyalty program management, ideally within clubs, hotels, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and venue promotions with a track record of successful implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Confident trainer and facilitator with experience delivering client onboarding programs.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Australia.
