Job Opportunity

A chance to excel as a commercial relationships expert has arisen. The role entails originating, retaining and managing a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for a diversified client base, consisting mainly of healthcare companies, with the support of a dedicated analyst.

As a commercial relationships specialist in our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote and sell our commercial product offerings to core clients, determining financial situations and objectives, discussing options and developing tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual margin and volume targets, focusing on book growth
  • The specialist plays a key role in driving direction and performance, including client acquisition, volume/margin and primary client relationship satisfaction
  • Partner with associate relationship managers to develop ongoing quality client relationships
  • Manage client relationships, leveraging internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
  • Work with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and implement plans to achieve them

About You

Extensive experience in commercial lending is essential. Experience in banking within the healthcare industry is also required. Small business experience is desirable.
