Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead the design, development and support of high-quality application solutions with a strong focus on Appian.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and document Appian-based solutions aligned with our technical strategy and business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to evaluate, analyse and estimate change requests; ensure successful quality-driven implementations.
Investigate resolve and test incidents/defects providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality consistent solutions.
Align work with our Software Delivery Life Cycle framework.
Adapt and commit to continuous learning mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with deep expertise in Appian and solid experience in .NET/C# development. They thrive in collaborative environments enjoy solving complex problems and are passionate about delivering robust user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science software engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade solutions using Appian.
Proficiency in .NET/C# programming.
Experience in solution architecture and integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and performance.
Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and release coordination.
Proven ability to estimate plan and manage development tasks in complex environments.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to team leadership.
