Senior Software Engineer Position Overview

The company is seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead the design, development, and support of high-quality application solutions with a strong focus on Appian. The position requires hands-on technical skills with mentoring responsibilities and a focus on scalable, secure software that supports the strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and document Appian-based solutions aligned with the company's technical strategy and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to evaluate, analyze, and estimate change requests; ensure successful, quality-driven implementations.
  • Investigate, resolve, and test incidents/defects, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent solutions.
  • Align work with the Software Delivery Life Cycle framework.
  • Adapt and commit to continuous learning; mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade solutions using Appian.
  • Proficiency in .NET/C# programming.
  • Experience in solution architecture and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and release coordination.
  • Proven ability to estimate, plan, and manage development tasks in complex environments.
  • Experience mentoring developers and contributing to team leadership.
