Key Responsibilities
  1. Solution Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable and efficient applications using Appian's SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites.
  2. Integration: Implement integrations with external systems using RESTful APIs, Web Services, and other integration methods.
  3. Automation: Utilize Appian's RPA and AI capabilities to automate business processes and enhance application functionality.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Technical Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Appian BPM Suite: SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites.
  2. Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Appian integration objects.
  3. Familiarity with Appian RPA and AI capabilities.
  4. Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  5. Understanding of Appian best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience Levels
  1. Architect: 7+ years of experience in Appian architecture, design, and development. Proven leadership in managing large-scale Appian projects.
  2. Lead Developer: 5+ years of Appian development experience with a focus on solution design, code reviews, and team mentorship.
  3. Senior Developer: 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience, including process modeling and integration.
  4. Developer: 2+ years of experience in Appian development, with a solid understanding of Appian best practices and development tools.
