About the Role

We are currently seeking a
highly skilled Appian Lead Developer
to join our team on a 4-month engagement. In this role, you will take ownership of the
design, development, and implementation
of complex Appian-based solutions while guiding a high-performing team through successful project delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key digital transformation initiative within a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery using the Appian BPM suite
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Guide and mentor development teams to ensure best practices and standards are maintained
  • Drive integration initiatives with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services
  • Manage and support application development throughout the software development lifecycle

Skills & Experience


Minimum 7 years of hands-on Appian development experience
Proven track record of
leading complex Appian projects and teams
Strong knowledge of
Appian architecture, SAIL, Process Modeler, Appian Sites
Experience integrating Appian with external systems (RESTful APIs, web services)

Solid background in
SQL and database management
Familiarity with
Appian RPA and AI
capabilities

Experienced in Agile delivery environments

Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and leadership
skills
