About the Role
As Platform Manager at the OIR, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the RAPID ecosystem, encompassing the Appian Platform.
The Platform Manager acts as the technical custodian of the RAPID ecosystem, including the Appian Platform and systems that it integrates with existing technologies e.g., SharePoint, Oracle and other legacy systems.
You will lead a small team to ensuring RAPID technical ecosystem stability by owning and maintaining the technical backlog required for delivery by the development team.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Services, this role liaises closely with two Platform Managers and the Delivery Manager.

About the Team
Two teams in the Information, Communication and Technology Services (ICTS) business unit have been created to support RAPID post go-live, these include a platform team to ensure the ongoing health and viability of the RAPID (Appian) ecosystem, focusing on areas such as: performance, availability, sociability, security, accessibility, fitness to business need, and ongoing technical solution viability.
ICTS is a business unit within the Business and Corporate Services division of OIR. Business and Corporate Services delivers key corporate activities and functions in support of the departmental operations. ICTS provides information and communication technology services, advice and support to OIR.
