**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join QIC on a **Permanent Full Time**basis overseeing our NSW team of Shopping Centre Sales Managers and Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering income and expense budgets across all revenue streams, including Pop-Up Retail (common mall-based), Pop-Up Leasing (vacant shops), Experiential, and Media income. Based in **NSW**, you will also take the lead on brand partnerships and sponsorships at a national level, driving key seasonal retail activations. Your strategic focus will include identifying and implementing new income opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and acquiring new clients to ensure incremental growth across all budget lines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, focusing on sales, negotiation, lead generation, proposal pitching, and data interpretation to drive sales and asset value.
- Collaborate with the National Manager, Brand iQ on resource planning, recruitment, team development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Set and manage KPIs, facilitate WIP/Sales meetings, and provide training through courses, conferences, and industry seminars.
- Guide the team in delivering Pop-Up Retail, Pop-Up Leasing, Media, and Experiential income budgets, with a focus on an uplift through a state-based sales strategy.
- Lead the national Brand Partnership strategy, securing at least two multi-centre sponsorships annually, particularly for peak seasons like Christmas.
- Prepare annual budgets, manage performance reporting, and provide accurate updates to senior stakeholders.
- Implement internal control processes and continuously improve systems and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication across teams and business units, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and agencies, providing excellent client service and aligning with clients' objectives to inform proposals.
