**Diploma-Qualified Educator (Morning Supervisor)**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, **6:30 AM - 10:30 AM**
(_Additional hours may be available depending on attendance numbers._)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open the service each morning, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support their social and emotional development.
- Assist with morning routines, including breakfast, transitions, and school drop-offs for BSC children.
- Collaborate with educators and families to create a positive start to the day.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with families and staff regarding children's needs and attendance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage morning routines efficiently while fostering a calm and nurturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Valid driver's license** (preferred for assisting with school drop-offs).
- Current **Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification** (or willingness to obtain).
