Early Morning Leadership Role

This position requires a dedicated and organised individual to oversee morning routines and ensure a smooth start to the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a safe and welcoming environment for children and families each morning.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to support social and emotional development in line with early childhood education principles.
  • Support morning routines, including breakfast, transitions, and school drop-offs for children.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create a positive start to the day.
  • Evaluate and report on children's progress and well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote effective communication with families and staff regarding children's needs and attendance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage morning routines efficiently while fostering a calm and nurturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
