Early Childhood Educator Leader

Our Morning Supervisor/ Bsc Educator is a vital role that requires a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our childcare service.
The ideal candidate will be a Diploma-Qualified Educator (Morning Supervisor) with strong leadership and organizational skills, able to manage morning routines efficiently while fostering a calm and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Open the service each morning, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support their social and emotional development.
- Assist with morning routines, including breakfast, transitions, and school drop-offs for BSC children.
- Collaborate with educators and families to create a positive start to the day.
- E nsure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with families and staff regarding children's needs and attendance.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning setting.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for assisting with school drop-offs).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain).
