Job Description

The position of Morning Supervisor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our early morning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the opening of the centre, leading the morning team, and implementing high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the opening of the centre each morning at 6:30 am, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
  • Lead the morning team, ensuring all routines and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring effective communication throughout the morning shift.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Child Protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
  • Working With Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia.
