**Diploma-Qualified Educator (Morning Supervisor)**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 11:00am & 2:00pm - 5:00pm (negotiable)
- Additional hours may be offered based on attendance._

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Diploma-Qualified Educator to join our team in a Before and After School Care role. This is a split-shift position, perfect for someone who enjoys a balanced workday and is passionate about supporting children in their daily routines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support children during the morning and afternoon care sessions
- Create a warm, engaging, and structured environment
- Assist children in transitioning calmly into their school day and winding down in the afternoon
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a safe and positive environment
- **Drive children to school** in the morning and afternoon (must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a childcare or early learning setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage morning routines efficiently while fostering a calm and nurturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Valid driver's license** (For assisting with school drop-offs).
- Current **Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Child Protection Certificate**
