Job Title: Matter Management Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our New Business & Enterprise Risk team as a Matter Management Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of client and matter data in our Practice Management system.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the legal sector, risk and compliance, or other related analytical fields.
A degree or qualification in Risk and Compliance (or other related analytical field) is highly regarded.
In this role, you will work closely with the legal teams and NBI team globally to ensure that our team provides an efficient function for the business.
You will be responsible for attending to requests promptly via a workflow system, setting up processes for clients and matters globally, maintaining records throughout the lifecycle, and liaising with various teams as needed.
