Job Title: Matter Management Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Matter Management Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client and matter data in our Practice Management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to requests promptly via a workflow system.
  • Set up new clients and matters globally, including creating new records and maintaining them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assist secretaries and other teams with inquiries on correct setup procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with Business Development, Finance, and Partners regarding special client requirements.
  • Transition legacy practice management data into updated structures and assist with general data cleansing.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or qualified in Risk and Compliance (or related analytical field).
  • Previous experience in the Legal Sector, Risk and Compliance, or related fields is highly regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to use initiative and be proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
