A leading law firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Public Liability Matters Professional to join their fast-growing team. This role involves managing and progressing public liability matters, reviewing medical reports, drafting legal correspondence, and collaborating closely with legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and defendant lawyers
- Analyse, summarise, and review medical records and other medical documents
- Prepare legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs when required
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
- Capacity to exercise judgement and resolve problems effectively
- Desirable: experience in legal administration
