**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Front line Office, Reception and Recruitment Administration duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive in the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the relevant departments
- Document control, reporting and filing
- Ensure reception area and warehouse is tidy and presentable and stocked with necessary stationery and materials
- Collect mail from mailbox, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Order office supplies, and PPE stock for warehouse and maintain levels as required
- Arrange employee days including Special occasions
- Order and prepare Christmas Employee gifts
- Merchandise designing and ordering
- Maintain updated test and tagging register for office equipment
- Administrative support to HR, Recruitment, Asset Management, Field Service and Shutdown Departments as required
- Creating purchase orders and reviewing supplier and client accounts
- Strong employee and client focus

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Great time management, organisation and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, work in a team and think outside the box
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in site administration or mobilisation (Desirable)
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to policies and processes
- Valid Driver's Licence
