What you'll do:

- Own the relationship between SRE and the stakeholder(s) and conduct regular update reviews
- Collaborate with other SRE teams to improve and standardise operational functions across Reliability Engineering
- Ensure compliance is maintained by working with the relevant business Security teams and road mapping requirements within the team
- Deliver path-to-production frameworks in-line with OTT policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to improve the resilience of Global OTT systems
- Perform incident root cause analysis and provide remediation recommendations
- Experience developing & motivating those in your team by providing clear direction, opportunities for learning & direct mentor.

What you'll bring:

- Good communication skills and interpretation of technical issues to non-technical collaborators
- Understanding of Agile and deep understanding of SRE/DevOps practice within (Continuous Delivery)
- Be able to demonstrate a breadth of experience by having a background in technology architecture, design, and development.
- Understanding of System Administration/Architecture (Linux)
- Understanding of configuration management of large-scale platforms (Cloud, Linux, Ansible, No SQL Databases, Docker)
- Understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong technical experience in an engineering role deploying large scale platforms demonstrating high availability and disaster recovery
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities are desirable, an understanding of terraform is preferred but knowledge of other tools is acceptable.
