Reliability Engineer

A career-defining role for a skilled Reliability Engineer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and enhance the resilience of our global OTT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, conducting regular update reviews to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other SRE teams to standardize operational functions, driving consistency and efficiency across Reliability Engineering.
  • Maintain compliance by working closely with business Security teams and road mapping requirements within the team.
  • Design and deliver path-to-production frameworks that align with OTT policies and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Architects and Engineers to improve the resilience of Global OTT systems, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Perform incident root cause analysis and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
  • Lead team members by providing clear direction, opportunities for growth, and direct mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and SRE/DevOps practices within Continuous Delivery.
  • Proven expertise in technology architecture, design, and development.
  • Understanding of System Administration/Architecture (Linux).
  • Configuration management of large-scale platforms (Cloud, Linux, Ansible, No SQL Databases, Docker).
  • Cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
  • Strong technical experience in engineering roles deploying large-scale platforms with high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities are desirable, with Terraform being preferred but knowledge of other tools acceptable.
