Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Concourse CI.
- Develop and deploy automated scripts for infrastructure management and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Confluence CI experience
  • Extensive experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
  • Significant experience in the design and delivery of highly available and resilient technology infrastructure for bare metal, virtualized, containerised and Cloud Native solutions
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language used for infrastructure automation (e.g., JSON, Python)
  • Robust understanding of DevOps and SRE approaches and methodologies and using DevOps tooling (e.g., Git, Jira etc.) to build software artefacts and IaC solutions
  • Solid experience in working in Agile (Scrum) teams - preferably in Jira
  • Intellectual curiosity and an inquiring mind
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills

What You'll Bring:

- Robust understanding of DevOps and SRE approaches and methodologies and using DevOps tooling (e.g., Git, Jira etc.) to build software artefacts and IaC solutions

- Intellectual curiosity and an inquiring mind - you will seek out innovative approaches, ideas and opportunities and be able to demonstrate a track record of doing so to bring about positive change
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
