- Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.
- Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanour
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace; badge management for guests, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
- Assist with administration and facilities duties

- Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.
- Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
- Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role
