Job Title: Workplace Support Specialist

 

About the Job:

As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to help colleagues recover and return to work after an injury or illness.

Reporting directly to the Rehabilitation Manager, your main responsibilities include coordinating rehabilitation processes, liaising with managers and staff, assessing support needs, developing return-to-work plans, and facilitating communication between employees, managers, and stakeholders.  You will also contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to prevent injuries and promote wellness and recovery in the workplace.

Within this role, you will apply your knowledge of wellbeing and rehabilitation case management processes and legislation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.
