Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and organised professional to join our Support Office team as a Co-ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily front-of-house activities to maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
- Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and general office upkeep.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including purchase orders, travel bookings, and record management.
- Organise and deliver engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Track and report on engagement activities and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and office procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or coordination roles.
- Proven ability to support HR, recruitment, or engagement activities (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
