Project Co-ordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders and overseeing detailed project plans. You will scope, plan and manage warehouse infrastructure and automation projects in line with business strategies.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management or equivalent roles, as well as proven experience in logistics and warehousing. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will drive a continuous improvement approach throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

About the Role

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress regularly
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management or logistics
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or equivalent roles
  • Proven experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
