
Receptionist/Administrator (Orthodontics)

**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic, responsible and organised professional to join our team as a receptionist/administrator.
You would be working with our front desk and administration team to support our practitioners and dental assistants by providing exceptional care and service to our patients.

- 1+ year reception experience preferred
- Experience with Orthotrac or Dental software (an advantage not a requirement)
**Duties include**:
- General administration tasks
- Scheduling
- Contract preparation
- Clinic preparation
- Customer relations
- Financials

**Salary**: $21.08 - $37.34 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Menai NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
