About the Role
Glow Orthodontics is looking for an experienced
Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist
to support our orthodontist and patients on their smile journey.
This 5 day hybrid role combines in-clinic days (chairside support, reception, treatment coordination) with remote work (patient follow-up, admin, scheduling). It's ideal for someone with
dental or orthodontic experience
who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care, while managing the admin and financial side of treatment coordination.
You Are...
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in dental or orthodontic practices preferred
, comfortable with both chairside and reception/admin duties.
Customer service obsessed
: you go above and beyond to create a warm and memorable patient experience.
Confident communicator with execellent interpersonal skills
: you can build trust with patients, parents, and colleagues in person and over the phone.
Detail oriented
: you are able to multi-task and execute well in a fast-paced environment
Emotionally mature
: you can handle financial conversations, anxious patients, and clinical challenges calmly.
Proactive
: you don't wait to be told — you anticipate patient and the orthodontist's needs.
Career minded
: you want a long-term role in orthodontics with pathways to senior roles.
Australian citizen/permanent resident.
Tech savvy:
Able to learn new dental practice management software and systems quickly
Key Responsibilities
Commit to a 5 day Hybrid role
with in-clinic patient-facing days
(Tuesday 9.30am-6.30pm, Thursday 9.30am-6.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-6.30pm) plus structured WFH admin days
Confident communicator and
Guide patients through treatment plans, fees, and payment options.
Independently manage leads engagement, patient scheduling, phone calls, payments.
Handle billings: set up payment plans, contracts, deposits, and treatment records.
Ensure seamless team coordination between the orthodontist, dental assistants, and patients.
Support a smooth patient journey from first call to treatment completion.
Assist orthodontist in any non-clinical tasks
