**Orthodontic Receptionist - St Ives NSW**

**Full Time - 9 Day Fortnight.**

Do you have a pleasant phone manner and love working with people?

Here is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exceptional front office team within a well established Orthodontic practice **located in St Ives, Sydney.**

As the front line of our reception team, you will be required to have a friendly, professional disposition and show excellent communication skills as we welcome patients into our practice.

**Your key responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Manage patient finances
- Follow up patient calls
- Banking
- Discussing quotations
- Report typing

Offering great remuneration **$$$,** Full training will be provided. Previous Dental or Medical experience will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
