This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based in Frankston with coverage at Rosebud, Hastings and Mornington locations.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and attend to counter and telephone enquiries
Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
Liaise with clients, including children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
Assist Clinicians with clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
What you'll bring
Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to take ownership of your work
Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and some exposure to mobile technology (iOS and/or Android)
A desire to work in an organisation that contributes to the greater good and makes a difference to the lives of clients and their families
