Portfolio Client Relationship Manager
**Job Description Summary**

As a Portfolio Client Relationship Manager, you will be the critical point of contact for Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) and associated client agencies. In this role, you'll balance client engagement, problem solving, and operational excellence while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison for PDNSW and associated client agencies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Proactively manage escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the internal account team to deliver tailored portfolio management services.
- Drive client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer-centric roles focused on managing client expectation and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
