We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Performance and Assurance Specialist to join our team, based in Brisbane or remotely across Australia and New Zealand. This role will analyse data and collaboratively form and lead projects and programs that support the Zero Harm objectives of the Social Infrastructure Business Unit.

This role will draw on Subject Matter Expertise within the Zero Harm function to plan and develop content that complements and supports strategic improvement programs and initiatives that are innovative, creative and interactive.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Zero Harm function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

**What you'll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Conduct detailed analysis and briefs gained from Zero Harm data and information to enhance educated decision-making and accuracy of action at a topical, project and program level.
- Support periodic reporting through contemporary practice and valued insight into quantitative and qualitative information.
- Develop high-quality and engaging presentations, training materials and artefacts, technical procedures, reporting, marketing and other communication materials.
- Initiate problem-solving / innovation design meetings with internal (within Business Unit) and external (broader Downer, Contractors and Industry) stakeholders to clearly define the business need, what 'Good' looks like, and design solutions that deliver world-class results.

**What you'll bring**
- Formal qualifications in health and safety with demonstrated industry experience.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and multiple deliverables within set timeframes.
- Problem-solving and risk-based decision-making skills.
