Site Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in a regional area. This exciting greenfield project aims to enhance regional energy security and stability within the power grid, supporting Australia's transition to net-zero emissions.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing effective project management practices while ensuring the project is delivered according to established time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.

- Foster a culture of zero harm by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain project-specific management plans, including quality control, budgeting, and scheduling, while ensuring robust reporting frameworks are in place.
- Facilitate clear communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the community to keep everyone informed and engaged.
