Job Description:

As a senior operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving service delivery excellence and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include acting as the escalation point for service delivery matters, maintaining effective operations, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs.

You will also be responsible for building and sustaining professional relationships with internal service lines and external stakeholders, leading Zero Harm initiatives, and ensuring compliance with WHS and emergency management processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in healthcare support services with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery improvements, manage escalations, and maintain high standards of operational performance.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and fostering collaborative working relationships across service lines.
