Lead Quarry Operations

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quarry Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Murray Bridge Quarry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for championing safety, coordinating operational activities, building strong relationships with customers, ensuring quality assurance, and maximising efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Safety: Lead by example with a commitment to Zero Harm, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Operational Leadership: Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet financial budgets and product output goals.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Foster connections with customers, delivering exceptional service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quarry and concrete products meet Australian Standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Organise and oversee site production activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maximising Efficiency: Maintain and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for optimal site performance.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations, with a strong background in quarrying or mining.
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a Zero Harm work environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer-based programs to enhance operational efficiency.
