**Summary Role**: Growth Product Manager
Maxeon is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Growth Product Manager as a critical member of the Platforms and Services team. This role will be responsible for unlocking growth at every stage of the user journey ( acquisition, activation, retention) through product experiments.
The role will work alongside our team of product managers, developers, product marketers, sales and customer operations. You will identify and execute on the biggest opportunities to solve customer needs, drive business impact and realize Maxeon's mission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Propose, lead and analyze experiments to acquire and retain users.

Own your product area and create roadmap for the team to reflect this vision.

Develop and drive a meticulously prioritized Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns with business performance and customer needs.

Collaborate with other Product Managers on roadmaps of services and build business cases around them.

Partner with stakeholders throughout our company to set priorities and give inputs to our product roadmap.

Collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Designers to unlock seamless experiences.

Relentlessly derive hypotheses for the next areas for growth & optimization.

Partner with international teams to optimize outcomes locally, in both core and distribution countries.

Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to cross-functional and Maxeon's leadership teams.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of growth and product experience with a tech software or greentech services company, preferably working on apps and/or payments

Solid understanding of how to grow metrics and lots of practice running experiments.

**Great with data**: you can work with data and turn data into actionable insights.

Experience of building, maintaining and owning roadmaps

Education such as a Bachelor's degree; MBA or a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or equivalent experience

Being an ecosystems thinker, being able to conceptually connect dots between interdependent models

Being a self-starter, thriving in a team environment and accepting constructive criticism as part of continuous improvement in the design quality.

Obsessed with understanding the needs of the users of your services

Experience working across multidiscipline and the Agile way of working

Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in greentech, fintech, ecommerce or startup environment

Healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and a keen eye for detail

Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
