Job Description

As a Lifecycle and Energy Efficiency Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth by working efficiently across the entire offer lifecycle from development and launch to go-to-market strategy, ongoing maintenance, pricing, and performance.

This position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Drive growth through install base penetration while optimizing profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in product and service sales development.
  • Strong technical understanding of energy efficiency products and electric motor driven systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and plan work to meet customer requirements.
  • Experience in portfolio management, general sales practices, data management, and process optimization.
