Key Product Management Role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Fragrance portfolio, including product assortment, launch planning, forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
  • Understand market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Develop campaign marketing strategies with a focus on excellence.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales, pricing, profitability, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise marketing and category strategies.
  • Plan and track spend to meet financial objectives.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure alignment with our sense of purpose.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth through engaging consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail, and trade activations.
About You
  • Previous experience in Product & Portfolio Management, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strategic thinking, with ability to develop long term product and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented individual, able to balance brand building and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and achieving sales outcomes from initiated campaigns.
