Product Growth Manager - LCL

As the Product Growth Manager for LCL, you will drive business growth and profitability in your designated area by translating strategic objectives into local product plans. This role ensures seamless execution while providing expertise and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs through data-driven insights.
  • Oversight of global initiatives and strategy within your area to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Foster collaboration between Product Development, Operations, and Sales teams to optimize processes.
  • Develop strong carrier relationships and drive cost reductions through optimized carrier allocation and contracts.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Take ownership of Area LCL pricing activities, including price setting, to ensure healthy margins.
  • Define pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to standard processes and customer-specific IOPs to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and monitor standard processes and systems within your area to ensure proper documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of the LCL service/product in your area to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote product profitability through upselling and cost management.
  • Cultivate engagement with the global network to drive added value through collaboration.
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team through coaching and leadership.
  • Inspire and energize the team through positive influence and example.
