They're changing the game for farmers – creating tools that are already improving productivity and profitability on thousands of farms.As GM, you'll take full ownership of your region, launching, building, and scaling a sales org from the ground up.
You'll be looking to hire a team of 35–40 BDMs and Territory Managers within 12 months.This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to:Build a world-class GTM org in a blue ocean category.Shape the culture and momentum of a generational AgTech company.Work on meaningful, mission-led technology that changes people's lives.Expect to be in the weeds early, helping close deals and define playbooks — then scale fast.Must-Haves4+ years in GTM or leadership roles in high-growth SaaS or tech.Strong EQ and ability to connect with primary producers.Experience building outbound-led sales engines from scratch.Dynamic range: can switch between tactical execution and strategic thinking.Coachable, growth-mindset, high accountability.Strong preference for SaaS/scale-up experience and leadership in velocity environments.Proven experience hiring, onboarding, and motivating field teams.Nice-to-HavesBackground in agriculture or strong appreciation for farming culture.Experience in software + hardware companies (e.g., Samsara).
