Sales Director

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, foster strong relationships with key clients, and ensure our solutions remain the go-to choice for businesses seeking reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to capture them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in the IT Managed Services or technology sector.
• A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, including managed IT solutions, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
