Outdoor Living Direct in Blackburn is currently looking for a casual sales consultant to join our dedicated team to fulfil their potential selling outdoor furniture and homewares as well as providing superior customer service that Outdoor Living Direct have been renowned for.

The successful applicant will be a people person with the ability to get the most out of their day on the showroom floor, be highly motivated and possess the ability to learn. You must be available to manage your time effectively and be willing to work weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- work alongside and within our existing dedicated sales team to provide excellent customer service and teamwork
- working in a fast paced environment
- with the assistance of Outdoor Living Direct, be prepared to learn everything you need to know about the furniture products, including history, products, materials and customer service so you can inspire customers and your team members.
- make yourself available to attend training events both inside and outside of the store
- assist with warehouse processes and customer orders
- be savvy in assembling furniture and preparing showroom displays

To be considered you:

- are eligible to work in Australia
- have experience in customer service and retail sales
- have showroom confidence
- have updated references
- are able to work some weekdays and be available on weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $52.00 per hour
