Service Delivery Manager

This is a leadership position responsible for managing end-to-end ground services to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service and drive continuous improvement.
Control and reduce labor costs while meeting client requirements.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs).
Provide timely reports to senior management.
Facilitate grievance and performance management issues.
Develop and implement a performance framework and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
Ensure adherence to safety requirements and legislation, promoting a zero-harm culture.
Manage recruitment, training, and termination processes as needed.
Participate in stakeholder relationship management and represent the company to clients.
Develop and implement client-centric operations, including auditing and compliance.
Requirements:
A commitment to the company's vision, values, and mission.
Strong leadership skills and ability to interact confidently at operational and executive levels.
Excellent personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Intermediate-level skills in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Customer-focused and able to meet and exceed stakeholder needs.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to sustain effective working relationships across the organization.
Self-confidence, high levels of initiative, and excellent time management skills.
Strong service orientation and ability to foster a strong service culture.
Preferred Criteria:
2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Previous management or leadership role experience.
Previous experience in airline services or freight handling services.
