About the Role
  • You will oversee the successful delivery of contracted service tasks for our customers, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage support tickets efficiently, prioritizing resolution tracking, SLA compliance, and quality assurance to meet client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within HSO, aligning services with client goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee delivery of contracted service tasks for assigned customers.
