Customer Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and delivery journey.

You will be responsible for welcoming customers to our team by ensuring their delivery day is a memorable experience. This includes educating them about the basic features and functions of their vehicles, assisting with delivery operations, and coordinating vehicle staging and delivery appointments.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about all our products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners. You will also be required to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
