Job Description

SS&C Specialist Administrators play a pivotal role in driving company success, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services and software to clients globally. Based in Sydney, Australia, this team is part of a global organization with 20,000+ employees across 35 countries.

The Specialist Team is responsible for processing various tasks, including distributions, management fee rebates, adviser service fees, commissions, transaction/periodic/tax statements, QTFN and AIIR lodgements. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of these requirements.

  • Managing and processing timetabled workloads
  • Meeting deliverables per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and agreed timetables
  • Assisting the Team Leader and Head of Specialist with projects and enhancements related to the Specialist Team
  • Reviewing and updating procedures and checklists for onboarding new clients

The Specialist Administrator will deliver key results, including:

  • Accurate and timely client processing and reporting
  • Escalating quality or timeliness issues to the Team Leader and/or Head of Specialist
  • Maintaining documentation, such as procedures and checklists
  • Providing high-quality internal and external client service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably with knowledge of Funds Management, Custody, and Platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quality service orientation and continuous improvement
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Spreadsheet and analytical skills
