We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Office Administrator** to join our supportive, family-like team. This is a full-time position based in our head office, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Providing administrative support to management and staff across departments
- Managing general office duties such as data entry, document control, and filing
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Supporting customer service functions for clients and visitors
- Assisting with the development and implementation of office procedures
- Working collaboratively to identify and improve internal processes
**What We're Looking For**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Experience with office management tools or systems is a plus
