Join a beautiful luxury retail company dedicated to sourcing the highest qualities for its products. As the Customer Experience Assistant, you will deliver excellent customer service and drive customer engagement.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responding to all incoming enquiries in a confident, timely and accurate manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by happily guiding customers through the website and returns process, answering product and styling questions with confidence and brand expertise
- Identify opportunities for new initiatives and improvements to policies and internal processes that will elevate the experience
- Liaise with 3PL warehouse partners across all regions to action customer requests and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

**Ideally, you have**:

- Prior experience working in customer service and experience using customer service platforms
- Real passion for connecting with people and finding ways to exceed our customers' expectations
- Consider different ideas and alternatives and consider these in the resolution of differences.
- Use emotional intelligence to effectively interpret the communication and behaviours of others and facilitate communication
