**Description**:
The Customer Experience Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This position involves various responsibilities and tasks, including:

- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase processes
- Responding to customer feedback and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with managing and processing customer orders, exchanges, and returns
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their journey
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience
- Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote brand awareness and engage with customers effectively
- Participating in product knowledge training sessions to stay updated on M.J. Bale's offerings
- Contributing to the development of strategies aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software

Required experiences
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with men's fashion and apparel is advantageous
