**About the role**

The **Installation Scheduler, Customer Service Representative**is a **Full-Time**position, based at **Welshpool**, WA**. Reporting to **the Customer Service Team Leader**you will provide excellence in customer service through the provision of accurate and prompt order and stock management to service both external and internal customers.

**In this role you will**:

- Pro-actively communicate with Site supervisors, Account managers and Managers on customer issues or matters that require their attention or support.
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt and accurate data entry into SAP.
- Manage the returns process within established guidelines.
- Processing orders promptly and accurately.
- Providing sales and support using your product knowledge.
- Keeping customers updated and informing them of order updates.
- Other general administration required.

Your hours of work: Monday to Friday -7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (Rotational).
