We are seeking an Installation and Service Technician Assistant to join our experienced team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow their skills and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

  • Support the installation of roller shutters, outdoor blinds, and other products on-site.
  • Assist in installations independently without supervision, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, drilling, using ladders, and working outdoors.
  • Modify structures on-site (e.g. angles, trims, brackets, posts).
  • Aid in servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
  • Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
  • Handle payments and submit job reports and invoices promptly.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the installation team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience installing roller shutters, blinds, or window furnishings.
  • Background in fitting, fixing, carpentry, or glazing.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting carrying and installing shutters and blinds safely.
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive work ethic.
  • White Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
