We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Customer Business Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract based in our national head office in Bayswater, Victoria.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interaction and experience within our Digital Industries Service/Repairs and Training portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding service to customers
  • Managing work schedules of Field Service & Repair Engineers and keeping customers informed of the progress of their requests
  • Training Department - responsible for partial administration of training bookings
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including Customers, Team Leads, Support Engineers, Field Service Technicians and Sub-Contractors
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date file management system to log, follow-up, close and archive any customer requests

You will also be responsible for processing associated administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will have proven customer service skills in scheduling and dispatching field service engineers and repair activities, as well as outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills in order to provide and negotiate proper course of action as per customer requirements.

Critical to the success of this role is excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and allocate tasks efficiently and effectively and strong IT skills - SAP knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential.
